My Journey to Vitality

I've experienced first-hand the debilitating effects of fatigue. In 2006, at the age of 26, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. During the first year of my diagnosis, the MS-related fatigue robbed me of my life -- I was too tired to hang out with friends, too tired to exercise, too tired to walk my dog. 

Slowly, I started to regain control of my life. I started exercising again. I prioritized sleep. I changed my nutrition to focus on whole foods. I learned how to care for my body and manage stress. And most importantly, I started practicing gratitude.

I've spent the last 15 years on my whole-health transformation journey, and I must say, I feel AMAZING! Now, I feel a strong calling to give back. I want to help others feel amazing, too. I became a personal trainer and health coach to help others learn the secrets of a life full of vitality. The Vitality Program is an 8-week whole-health transformation program. It's educational and centered on the 4 pillars of vitality: nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindset. And the best part is...it's a program completely individualized just for you.
